When we opened the doors of Entropy, we never imagined we were simply opening a restaurant.

We wanted to create a place where food could reconnect people with nature. A place where vegetables told stories, where every ingredient carried the work of passionate growers, and where every meal became an invitation to think differently about the world around us.

Entropy was built on the belief that nature wastes nothing.

The soil feeds the plants. The plants nourish us. What seems like disorder becomes the foundation for new life.

It is this idea—entropy as transformation rather than decline—that has shaped every menu, every conversation, every collaboration, and every experience we have shared.

Today, we reach another moment of transformation.

After our final restaurant service, Entropy will no longer operate as a traditional restaurant. This decision has not been made lightly, but it feels true to who we are and who we want to become.

Rather than saying goodbye, we are creating space for something new.

The spirit remains

Although our restaurant chapter comes to an end, Entropy continues.

Our home will become a place dedicated to private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, workshops, collaborations, and tailor-made culinary experiences.

This allows us to keep doing what we love most: creating meaningful moments around food, sharing ideas, collaborating with producers, and exploring gastronomy without the constraints of daily restaurant service.

The philosophy remains unchanged.

Regeneration.

Curiosity.

Seasonality.

Community.

These values will continue to guide every event we host.

Nothing is being lost.

It is simply changing form.

We are excited to continue welcoming you—not as guests in a restaurant, but as participants in experiences that bring people together with the same warmth, creativity, and purpose that have always defined Entropy.
