Masterclass by Elliott Van de Velde

During the Horeca Forma Be Pro open house, the young chef gave a masterclass on 'Sublimating a Plate Presentation'.

On 19th September, Elliott van de Velde was invited to the Horeca Forma Be Pro open house to give a masterclass, open to workers and entrepreneurs in the hospitality sector.

Various workshops, conferences and coaching sessions were organised throughout the day, including a ‘zero waste and sustainable cooking’ and ‘alcohol-free cocktails’ workshop. It was in this environment that the young Chef shared his knowledge with other professionals in the trade, in a three-hour masterclass.
