At Entropy, every detail matters — especially when combining plant-based innovation, social impact, and professional standards.

That’s why we’re proud to have the support of Diamond Europe, who helped us finance and install a tailor-made kitchen, designed to meet the dual needs of:

🌱 Hearth Project, our nonprofit, fighting food waste and social insecurity for over 6 years.

To produce hundreds of meals weekly, we needed high-capacity storage and reliable equipment. Here, a large oven and tilting pan replace a pacojet and binchotan grill.

👨‍🍳 Entropy, our plant-based gastronomic restaurant, open for 3 years.

We’re redefining plant-forward cuisine, hosting chef residencies, and require precision and a reliable kitchen to bring our ideas to life.

🚀 The challenge? No dry run — we needed a fully functional kitchen within a month to support both operations.

Thanks to Diamond’s trust and expertise, we made it happen.
