Entropy: 4 years of sustainable gastronomy, 15 of entrepreneurship

In May, Entropy Restaurant celebrates 4 years in Brussels. A project built over 10 years, with plenty of work behind the scenes to get here.

𝐈𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐲, 𝐰𝐞’𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟒 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 since opening our restaurant in the very center of Brussels.

This is the most visible part of everything we do today.

But in reality, this project has been cooking for 10 years, since the first legal entity was incorporated.

💚More than 6 years that @hearthproject has existed legally and continues to be the foundation behind everything we do.

🧑‍🍳 More than 15 years that our autodidact chef @elliott_vandevelde has been working in kitchens, whether cooking for others, managing events, working as a private chef.

👩🏽‍🔬 More than 15 years that our co-founder @adelinebarras has been working in both large and small organizations, across research & development & business management.
