Discover the environmental, health and social challenges of our food system through a fun and collaborative workshop.

Whether you are an individual, a company or a public organization, La Fresque de l’Alimentation (The Food Systems Workshop) will help you to:

🌍 Gain a broader understanding of the impacts of our food choices on human health and the environment

🛠 Better define the principles of healthy and sustainable food systems: plant-forward, local, organic, seasonal

✍ Take individual and collective action towards more sustainable food through concrete commitments

This is a playful, hands-on workshop, 100% free, offered as part of a public initiative and lasting approximately 3 hours.

All sessions take place at Entropy.

👉 Pay-what-you-want snacks available on site (cold tapas, sometimes cakes).

⚠️ No full meals provided, as the restaurant kitchen will be closed during the workshops. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or dinner box.
