Jong Keuken Geweld

For 3 years, we have had the pleasure of being selected among the restaurants participating in the “Jong Keuken Geweld” program. This program brings together young chefs, for over 10 years, who introduce their gourmet cuisine to audiences under 35!

Throughout the month of March 2025, curious and greedy young people will come and taste our gourmet cuisine, 100% plant-based 🌱.

The restaurant not only intends to surprise all the senses of guests, through explosive colors, textures, smells and tastes, but also by nourishing their minds, with the approach and philosophy behind the cuisine of chef Elliott Van de Velde and his team.
