We are very proud to share some wonderful news:

Entropy Restaurant has been selected as one of the most “spannendste” (most exciting and inspiring) restaurants in Brussels and Flanders, featured by De Morgen.

"A fully plant-based five- or six-course menu. Featuring local, seasonal ingredients and the use of upcycled materials. A wine and non-alcoholic beverage list showcasing natural producers. And all profits are donated to the non-profit Hearth Project, which, among other initiatives, fights food waste.
Restaurants often use the term “sustainable” quite easily, but at Entropy, it is more than just a marketing claim. The Brussels-based restaurant, located near the Bourse, aims to create a circular and fair food system."
