As part of its strategic evolution, Entropy Restaurant is launching a call for applications for the takeover of its business (fonds de commerce) starting summer 2026 — with a possible extension to late 2026 under certain conditions.

Located in the heart of Brussels, on Place Saint-Géry, this established venue represents a rare opportunity to take over a structured and operational restaurant with strong development potential.

Applications must be submitted by end May 2026.

A selection phase will follow to engage with shortlisted candidates and organize a smooth and supported transition.

The restaurant benefits from a highly attractive lease, originally awarded among more than 50 competing projects — a significant advantage that avoids the usual selection and jury process.

The lease is currently held under a non-profit structure (ASBL), but transfer is straightforward and common, subject to the transfer of the rental guarantee.

The lease may also include access to a private parking space in the adjoining courtyard, a rare opportunity in the city center.
