Entropy Reopens Its Doors for Six Exclusive Fine Dining Evenings This November and December!

After bringing our regular restaurant service to a close last July, Entropy continues to bring its cuisine to life through special events. Because the joy of welcoming you around our table remains as strong as ever, we're delighted to invite you to six exclusive fine dining evenings this November and December 2026.

An opportunity to (re)discover our culinary universe in the unique setting of our restaurant on Place Saint-Géry.

Plant-Based Gastronomy That Sparks Curiosity

Following the rhythm of the seasons, chef Elliott Van de Velde creates 100% plant-based, intuitive and conscious cuisine, celebrating local ingredients, the craftsmanship of our producers and the endless possibilities of plants.

Unexpected combinations, surprising techniques, flavours both familiar and intriguing: every dish is an invitation to explore new ways of cooking, tasting and thinking about food.

At Entropy, gastronomy is creative, committed and, above all, delicious. An experience for every curious food lover, whether vegetarian or not!

Six Evenings to Gather Around the Table

Arrival is at 7:30 PM sharp, except on Friday, 6 November (7:00 PM), with all guests enjoying the same dining experience at a shared pace.

Each evening will feature a menu inspired by seasonal ingredients and the chef's creativity.

An All-Inclusive Fine Dining Experience for €120

For these special evenings, we've created a single all-inclusive experience, designed for you to fully enjoy every moment:

• A selection of amuse-bouches to awaken your palate
• A 4-course plant-based tasting menu
• 4 carefully selected wine pairings to complement the chef's creations, or a non-alcoholic pairing alternative upon advance request

Price: €120 per person, including VAT, menu and drink pairings.

Coffee, tea and digestifs are available at an additional charge, payable on site.

Although our restaurant no longer operates on a daily basis as it once did, its culinary story continues to unfold.

These special evenings allow us to preserve what lies at the heart of Entropy: a free-spirited approach to gastronomy, mindful of the living world, rooted in our local community and enriched by the connections between those who grow, cook and enjoy food.

A different way to come together, slow down and continue making the dining table a place of discovery, sharing and meaningful exchange.

Practical Information & Reservations

Location: Entropy Restaurant – Place Saint-Géry 22, 1000 Brussels

Time: Arrival at 7:30 PM (7:00 PM on 6 November). All guests are served at a fixed starting time.

Price: €120 per person, VAT included, all-inclusive menu.

Reservations required – limited seating.

Allergies & Dietary Preferences

Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions when making your reservation so we can confirm which adaptations are possible.

Non-alcoholic pairings are available at no additional cost, provided they are requested in advance.

Cancellations & Ticket Transfers

Cancellations with a refund are possible up to 10 days before the event.

After this deadline, reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person, provided we receive their allergies, dietary requirements and drink preferences in advance.
