¨Again a restaurant? ¨ 2 years down the road
When, in early 2022, we were selected from some fifty other project proposals to occupy this unusual listed site in the center of Brussels, we knew it would be more than just a restaurant.
An experience space, an urban garden, the desire to organize workshops and a certain openness in our cuisine.
It was all there.
2 years later, we have shaped and modulated this unique space to suit the needs of our customers, learners and beginners.
We welcome you as a group, for a workshop, for dinner, seated at the bar with a view of the passe d'envoie, or at table, as a walking diner or with a welcome drink in the garden.
Our common thread? Plant -based and sharing.
