Winter is coming to an end! After a wonderful season where we did everything we could to warm the hearts of our customers during the cold months, we are now preparing to close our menu focused on root vegetables and bulbs.
Spring is just around the corner, and our little garden, nestled in the courtyard of the restaurant, is sending us the first signs of it! Tucked away in a charming hidden corner in the heart of Brussels, our vegetable garden is coming back to life, filling the space with colors and shapes.
The new menu is in the process, with ideas and minds coming together to create an even more unique and promising experience for you!
After several months of success, we are also taking some time to reflect on the experience we offer and the feedback from our customers, in order to fine-tune a few details and welcome you with even greater quality.
