Entropy Restaurant enters Belgium’s 360° Eat Guide Top 10, a recognition of a plant-forward cuisine driven by consciousness, seasonality, and constant evolution

In central Brussels, Entropy blends activism with craft inside a century-old hall on Place Saint-Géry. Founded in 2022 as a social mission, it pairs conscious values with a vibrant dining room shaped by reused materials, upcycled tableware and local artisans. The plant-based, largely allergen-free menu is designed for inclusivity, while a seasonal wine list highlights natural, low-intervention producers. Guided by Elliott, Adeline and their team, every detail reflects a shared commitment to mindful dining and social impact.
